Please include your device model, iOS version, NoSnooze app version, and a short description of the issue. If the issue is about a wake-up mission, include which mission you used and what happened.

Alarm Not Ringing

NoSnooze depends on iOS notification and audio behavior. If an alarm does not ring as expected, check the following:

• Notifications are enabled for NoSnooze in iOS Settings.
• Your device is charged and powered on.
• Your volume is high enough.
• Focus modes, Silent Mode, or other iOS settings are not blocking notifications.
• The alarm is enabled inside NoSnooze.

For important events, keep a backup alarm. No alarm app can guarantee wake-up delivery in every device state.

Subscriptions

NoSnooze Premium purchases are handled by Apple. To cancel or manage a subscription, open iOS Settings, tap your Apple ID, then Subscriptions, then choose NoSnooze. You can also use Restore Purchases in the app where available.
