These Terms of Service govern your use of the NoSnooze iOS app. By using NoSnooze, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
NoSnooze helps you create alarms that require wake-up missions, such as taking a photo, finding an object, making your bed, or completing a movement-based task. NoSnooze may use AI mission verification to estimate whether a submitted image or video frame satisfies the selected mission.
No alarm app can guarantee that an alarm will always ring or wake you up. Alarm behavior may be affected by iOS notification permissions, device volume, silent mode behavior, Focus modes, battery state, network state, system settings, device shutdown, app removal, or other factors.
You are responsible for maintaining appropriate backup alarms or safeguards for important events, work, school, travel, medication, safety obligations, or any situation where missing an alarm could cause harm or loss.
You are responsible for the alarms you create, the missions you choose, the images or video frames you submit, and the decisions you make based on the app. You agree not to misuse the app, interfere with its services, attempt to reverse engineer protected parts of the app, or use NoSnooze in violation of applicable law.
AI mission verification is informational and may be wrong. NoSnooze may accept a submission that does not truly satisfy a mission or reject a valid submission because of lighting, framing, model error, network failure, or other limitations. You should not rely on AI verification for safety, security, medical, employment, legal, or other high-stakes decisions.
NoSnooze may offer paid auto-renewing subscriptions, including NoSnooze Premium. Purchases are charged to your Apple ID through the App Store. Subscription periods, prices, trials, renewal terms, and cancellation options are shown by Apple before purchase.
You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID subscription settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period unless Apple states otherwise. Refund requests are handled by Apple under Apple's refund policies.
Your use of NoSnooze is also subject to Apple's standard End User License Agreement where applicable:
